Our Return Policy is simple. The
customer is responsible for shipping charges on
all returns and exchanges, and some special order
styles have a restock fee. If you have questions

All returns must include original receipt: either
store register receipt or a copy of your Email confirmation.
There is a $14.00 restock fee for
these special order items:
ALL Footjoy Classics (Country Club Casuals, Dress,Dry Premieres,Tour, and
Spikeless), Oakley Tuxedo's, and Helle Comforts.
There is a $10.00 restock fee for all Footjoy outerwear.
There are NO RETURNS on ANY "MyJoy" Order.
Returned products must be in the condition you received them, complete and in the original packaging including warranty cards, manuals and accessories. All boxes returned with tape or labels on the original shoe box are subject to a $7.00 service charge. All returns must include original receipt: either store register receipt or a copy of your Email confirmation.
1) We do not accept returns without
a Return Authorization Number or any returns
sent COD. Telephone us at 1-800-598-6243 or email
us to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Write your RA# on the shipping label, your original
receipt, and return form.
Please do not mark the original box.

HOW TO AVOID SERVICE CHARGES ON RETURNS:
Returned products must be in the condition you received
them, complete and in the original packaging including
warranty cards, manuals and accessories. All boxes
returned with tape or labels on the original shoe
box are subject to a $7.00 service charge. All shoes
returned without the original box are subject to a
$10.00 service charge.
3) Please fill out and print the Return Request
Form, and include it in the box with the returned
merchandise. You may also print an extra copy to
keep for your records.
